The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and the night market. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruits and cooked dishes.
The limited breakfast options catered more to the Japanese market. Slippery tiled floor in the room requires caution. The smoking area near the lift made the public areas smell of cigarette smoke.

The hotel had good facilities and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast. the location was perfect for our Christmas trip, as we were close to public transport and restaurants. the room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed.
The customer service was not up to par, with some of the staff being unhelpful and struggling to communicate. We also found it difficult to find the hotel and there was no bellboy service to help us with our luggage.
